We usually start with a short discovery call — roughly 30 minutes — to understand your current situation and where you feel things could be sharper. From there, if it seems like a productive match, we share a brief scope proposal for your review. There is no pressure to proceed.

Can the scope of an engagement be adjusted once it starts?

Yes. We build in a structured check-in partway through each engagement to assess whether the original scope still reflects what you need. If priorities have shifted, we discuss adjustments together before continuing.

Do you work with early-stage companies or more established businesses?

Our services are suited for businesses that have some operational history and are looking to build clearer systems. That said, the right fit depends more on where you are in your growth journey than company age alone — we are happy to discuss your specific situation.

What does the deliverable look like at the end of an engagement?

Each service has clearly defined deliverables stated at the outset — such as a spreadsheet model, an SOP library, or a strategy document. We also include a handover session to walk through everything so it is usable from day one rather than sitting in a folder.

Are your services available for companies outside the Klang Valley?

Most of our work is conducted remotely through structured sessions, so geography is rarely a barrier. For clients in the Klang Valley, we can also arrange in-person working meetings where that adds value to the process.

What is the payment arrangement for an engagement?

We typically request 50% upon confirmation of scope and the remaining 50% upon delivery. For longer engagements, we can discuss milestone-based payment arrangements that work for both sides.
